Tri-Base Blue 10L product labelling issue

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION

We have recently become aware of an issue with the labels on 10L drums of Tri-Base Blue. There are no concerns about the quality of Tri-Base Blue. This is an error with labelling only which can be rectified in warehouse or store.

The drums do not have the storage and disposal safety directions and first aid instructions panel on the outside of the drum. This does not comply with APVMA regulations and we must correct this before any further sales or supply occur.

This issue affects stock that is in our Nufarm warehouses and stock that is in customer warehouses and store locations.

Your local Nufarm Territory Manager will contact you by Friday 4th September to determine how many 10L drums you have on hand and their batch numbers. We will be sending out labels to fix this issue as soon as possible, to allow sales to recommence quickly.

There is no need to return product to Nufarm. The instructions are to quarantine the product on site until it can be re-labelled.
