Growing up on my family’s mixed farming property west of Gunnedah NSW, sparked my passion for all things rural & regional in Australia and the amazing Agricultural industry which is at the heart of it. I have worked across different sectors of the industry which has included live export, cattle production, equine sales, livestock and the digital Ag space with a focus on customers and sales. I started with Nufarm in August 2022 as the Business Development Manager for Central West NSW. The people in our industry and ensuring its sustainability is what motivates me to constantly learn, listen and help adapt our current practices for our changing conditions.

Growing up on the family farm at Lake Cargelligo, I developed a keen interest in Agriculture at an early age and it was always an industry I wanted to be part of. As the Agriculture industry is constantly changing and always being challenged by external forces there is always something interesting keeping me motivated. Agronomy roles in the M.I.A. and then Saskatchewan have given me a sound understanding of many cropping segments. My role with Nufarm allows me to work with local Agronomists and Farmers, finding solutions to continue increasing productivity and profitability. A young family consumes most spare time at the moment but I still wet a line with mates when I can.

My love of agriculture began at a young age, growing up on our family farm in the small country town of Lockhart in Southern NSW. I have always enjoyed the challenges that agriculture provides, driving us to constantly improve practices and continually acquire new knowledge. This led me to study Agriculture and more recently Agricultural Business Management at University, before working for a local reseller. I’m a field development officer based out of Wagga Wagga in southern NSW. My role involves a wide range of tasks including conducting and managing field trials, product development and training of staff and customers on Nufarm products. My focus is on broadacre Winter cropping and pastures. Prior to joining Nufarm, I worked as an agronomist in the central west of NSW after completing a rural science degree at the University of New England.

Having grown up on the family farm in S.Aust, agriculture has always been a big part of my life. Starting out as an Agronomist in the Mid Nth S.A. , I then joined Nufarm in 2003 . A lot has changed in that period. I enjoy working closely with our customer base as they adapt to the ever changing face of agriculture  . With three young boys there is no time to rest on the weekends,  you will find me down at the Irymple FC or Cricket club with the Family,  or just relaxing on the Murray river.

I grew up on a sheep farm near Nagambie, so have always had interest in farming. After finishing University, I was lucky enough to go through the grad program at Nufarm, where I experienced many areas of the business including finance, manufacturing, marketing and sales. Still based in Melbourne, I now look after South Eastern Victoria as a Territory Manager. I love the people in this industry, and am passionate about helping our customers and growers. I’m still learning, but every day is a new adventure with Nufarm.

Growing up in Sydney I didn’t have the most traditional route coming into agriculture however consider myself incredibly lucky to work in the industry. The more I learn and experience the more passionate I get! After finishing my ag science degree, I started Nufarm’s graduate program where I moved around various functions of the business throughout Australia. Moving into my new role I look forward to assisting agronomists and growers whenever possible. When I’m not trying to convince my friends they should work in agriculture, you’ll find me on the netball courts or planning my next travel adventure.

I am very passionate about Australian Agriculture. I was raised on the family farm in North East Victoria and from an early age grew to love working in Agriculture. I have worked extensively over the past 20 years around Australia in the agriculture industry from Victoria to Western Australia, to Queensland and finally back home to Victoria.

I was born in the Mid-North of South Australia, later moving down to the South-East so I have always been in rural, farming communities. This sparked my passion for Agriculture, so I went to study at the University of New England externally whilst I worked in Rural Merchandise. Once I completed my degree I worked as an Agronomist before joining Nufarm. I am proud to be working for an Australian company that is just as passionate as I am for the Agricultural industry – I love being able to assist growers, customers, agronomists & grower groups improve productivity as well as profitability. I live on a cropping & merino property in the Wimmera, and in my spare time I’m either riding my horses or spending time with my kelpies

Growing up in the small farming community on the banks of the mighty Murray River, my family ran a milk delivery business from the early horse and cart days to what it is today. We, as a family and a business, have had strong ties to the community and I continue to enjoy this aspect of my role at Nufarm on a day to day basis . In my spare time you will find me playing football or watching the mighty Essendon bombers. Massive sports fan cricket, Basketball, tennis, football.

I’m a Field Development Officer based out of Shepparton, in north central Victoria. My role involves conducting on farm field trials, product development and training on Nufarm products. With a focus on crop protection in Horticulture, this role takes me all across Australia developing Nufarm products for a vast range of crops and their associated pests and diseases. Prior to working with Nufarm, I worked in crop protection as a contract researcher.

After growing up in regional WA and wanting to give back to that community, I completed a BSc (Agric) Hons. at UWA and then went on to work in a range of roles across the agricultural value chain including; broadacre agronomy, field R&D, grain marketing, ag tech and agri politics. I have been involved in the agricultural industry all my life both in a personal and professional sense. Growing up on a broadacre farm in the WA wheatbelt and being raised in a generational farming family, helped nurture my passion for farming and rural communities. My background includes work in the grain exporting, marketing & phytosanitary space as a DPIRD accredited Authorised Officer, a Bachelor of Agribusiness at Curtin University, and most recently a role with an Australian agri bank in the sales & relationship management team. Throughout these experiences, I uncovered a profound interest and respect for Australian agricultural innovation, which has led me to my BDM role at Nufarm. Interacting with like-minded people who share similar values and interests in providing agribusiness solutions is where I find the most joy at work. I have been working in agricultural research for the past 13 years after completing an Applied Science Degree through the University of Queensland (Gatton campus). I have worked in the cotton industry in the Southern QLD/ Northern NSW region developing and commercialising novel genetically modified traits in cotton, and crop protection products in both cotton and broadacre, with a focus on herbicides.  I love being in the field developing new products that will make dealing with agricultural pests easier and more effective for growers and consultants.

Nick completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness from The University of Queensland in 2005 and joined the Nufarm Sales team in 2007. After spending time leading Nufarm’s South West Sales Team, Nick is now based in Brisbane leading a team of six sales professionals.

My passion for agriculture began early when visiting my family’s properties across QLD. My background in account management and marketing within the agricultural industry led me to start my post graduate degree in a Masters of Agribusiness at Marcus Oldham in Geelong, Victoria. I have worked across different sectors of the industry which has included domestic and export beef production, supermarket beef and lamb processing programs and granular fertiliser with a focus on customers relationships and business partnerships. I started with Nufarm in January 2024 as the Key Account Manager for the Northern Region and am based out of Toowoomba, QLD. I am particularly passionate about the people in agriculture, this motivates me to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Hi I’m Malcolm Salisbury and I have the pleasure of being the territory manager for the Darling Downs. Joining Nufarm in winter 2015 after over ten years in the field doing Cotton and Broadacre agronomy. I graduated in 2002 from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Ag Science (rural tech), in 2015 I finished off my post graduate certificate (cotton Production) though the University of New England.
