Dear Customer,
After three weeks, the coronavirus pandemic has brought public life to a standstill in many countries. Nufarm has also switched to crisis mode to protect our employees and to continue to serve you, our customers, in the best way possible.
As a producer of crop protection products, we are part of the agri-food chain which is considered “critical infrastructure”. This means we qualify for special support from politics and administration to guarantee the supply of well needed inputs for agriculture in most European countries.
All our Nufarm employees are doing everything they can to maintain our ability to operate and act. We aim to supply you as promptly as possible despite high demand and challenges regarding our logistics chains. Some delays are inevitable, but we are trying to minimize them to the greatest extent possible.
Our plants in Europe continue to be fully operational and are delivering products to customers worldwide. There is no disruption to manufacturing schedules and we are open for business, even if our colleagues are now working from home.
Our customer service teams too, although they are working from home, will continue to process all orders, and we do not anticipate any disruption to our order entry process. Customer service and sales can be reached during normal office hours by phone or email.
We recommend that you continue to place your orders as you have in the past and start planning for the weeks and months to come.
While sales and technical personnel might not be available to visit your site in person, all our teams do have the necessary equipment and connectivity to support you via digital video conferencing and webinars, and to provide support over the phone as normal.
We are committed to taking a transparent and proactive approach, and we will inform you regularly about decisions that might affect our ability to meet your business needs.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information.
Sincerely yours,
Nufarm UK
