Nufarm has a great opportunity for a Customer Marketing Manager who translates Nufarm strategic intent to country strategy by setting priorities, allocating resources across the portfolio the customer target segments and the value chain. As the department manager you are leading the Customer marketing activities driving pricing, campaign creation and execution. You are the champion in CRM and customer segmentation and will improve Customer satisfaction

What’s possible? 

 

  • Key member of the Management Team
  • Ensuring sustained business development in all the 3 countries
  • Developing a product and service portfolio – successfully launching new products and services
  • Defining and preparing the product strategy and marketing mix for the commercial team
  • Develop and monitor market intelligence – including competitor monitoring, pricing, cost analysis
  • Integrating the European product and crop strategy on a local level
  • Bringing in the customer insight by developing and executing the local marketing communication strategy
  • Optimizing the portfolio life cycle in the medium and long-term
  • Closely and actively working together with Local and European team – in order to ensure knowledge and information transfer
  • Provide effective support to the sales team to enable them to achieve set targets
  • Prioritize campaigns and resources in line with the country strategies
  • Lead the implementation of various campaigns – growers/channel/product – suggest changes as needed
  • Organize and lead in or after campaign review meetings – ensure learning or changes are taken
  • Lead and ensure proper grower and channel segmentation is done and in place and used
  • Ensure that all the KPI’s enable to measure against goals and targets are in place and constantly monitored
  • Planning and organizing professional and marketing events for end users, advisors and channel partners
  • Support developing and implementing necessary processes new ways of working
  • Establish and gain acceptance of a strong marketing function in the 3 countries
  • Work together and build solid work relationship with all the function within the organization
  • Leading the budget planning and midterm planning process
  • Fostering a collaborative culture and safe, fun, performance-driven work environment.
  • Leading with a proactive approach to safety in all activities. To ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of staff and others who may be affected by company activities.

 

What do you bring?

 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant position in the Agribusiness sector
  • Good knowledge of agriculture and the plant protection business
  • Commercially oriented with a strong focus on execution
  • Self-motivated and proactive, excited about leading the implementation of new initiatives
  • Strong communicator
  • Strong sense of ethics and fairness
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written Hungarian and English
  • Solid MS office skills
  • A team player with the ability to build and promote collaboration across all levels of the organization working in a Metrix.
