Annual General Meeting

 

On 18 December 2020, we will hold two Annual General Meetings at 10am AEDT.

In 2020 we decided to change our financial year end from 31 July to 30 September to better align half yearly reporting cycles with Nufarm’s key sales periods and enable improved comparison with industry peers. To complete the transition to the new financial year end, we will hold two Annual General Meetings this year:

  1. For the year ended 31 July 2020, and
  2. For the 2 months ended 30 September 2020. 

 

Due to continuing restrictions regarding holding public gatherings and the ongoing health concerns relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year we are conducting our annual general meetings in a virtual format.
