The proprietary formulation of iprodione and thiophanate-methyl offers two modes of action and two plant movement strategies to increase length of disease control. As a tank-mix partner, it is compatible with most commonly used fungicides.

EASY-TO-USE FORMULA

  • Premixed formulation offers a convenient disease control solution
  • May be applied with spray, drench or dip application methods
  • May be applied through sprinkler irrigation systems (not in CA)

VERSATILE FUNGICIDE

  • Broad-spectrum preventive and curative disease control
  • Dual plant movement activity for better resistance and lasting control
  • Tank-mix compatible with most commonly used pesticides
  • No growth regulation
  • Can be applied safely to over 89 species of ornamental flowering and foliage plants

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATIONS

26/36 fungicide is a broad-spectrum fungicide that may be applied safely to a wide range of ornamental flowering and foliage plants, either as a foliar spray, drench or dip. Please read specific instructions and use only as directed.

Rates: Maximum Individual Application Rates
Spray Application ………………………………………… 33-84 fl oz/100 gal
Soil Drench Application…………………………………. 13.5 fl oz/100 gal
Plant Dip Application ……………………………………. 33-66 fl oz/100 gal

PROVEN PERFORMANCE

Iprodione and thiophanate-methyl are both proven chemistries for ornamental disease management. Combined, they are even better. University trials have demonstrated that 26/36 fungicide delivers results – even when TM resistance is present. Trials at both North Carolina State University and Penn State University showed that 26/36 controlled TM resistant Botrytis from 14-28 days depending on rate (see charts 1 and 2).

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT

Foliar Application: DO NOT apply more than 84 fl oz per acre per application. DO NOT make more than 4 applications per crop per year. Under severe pressure, use the highest recommended rate, when disease pressure is light to moderate, the lower rate is recommended.

Soil Drench Application: DO NOT exceed a total of 37 fl oz per 1000 sq ft per year. DO NOT make more than 6 applications per year. Under severe pressure, use the highest recommended rate, when disease pressure is light to moderate, the lower rate is recommended.

DO NOT use 26/36 fungicide as a drench on impatiens and pothos.

DO NOT use 26/36 fungicide on spathiphyllum.
A resin based surfactant should be added to foliar sprays for use on iris, lilies, and tulips.
