NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Nufarm Trunemco® “Top Grower” Challenge (the “Challenge”) will commence at 12:00:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time on September 6, 2022 and end at 11:59:59 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on November 30, 2022 (the “Challenge Period”). The Sponsor of this challenge is Nufarm Americas Inc., 11901 S. Austin Ave., Alsip, IL 60803 (“Nufarm”). Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Challenge.

 ELIGIBILITY:  Open only to legal residents of the U.S. states and the District of Columbia, except for New York and Florida, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and who used Trunemco seed treatment on their soybean or cotton crops between August 1, 2021 and July 31, 2022 (“Eligibility Period”).  Persons who used Trunemco seed treatment after these dates are not eligible to participate.  Void elsewhere and where prohibited. Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, executives, and employees (collectively, the “Released Entities”), and each of the immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER: Participants may enter by providing the required information in the entry form available online at: bit.ly/topgrower-entry (the “Form”).  By completing the Form completely and accurately, each Participant will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Challenge. To complete the Form, Participant must provide the requested contact information, as well as the following information, to be considered an Entrant:

  1. Upload documentation (e.g., bill of sale) indicating that you have purchased or used Trunemco on your soybean and/or cotton field during the Eligibility Period. The documentation should also identify the product supplier;
  2. Upload documentation (e.g., a soil sample report) confirming nematode presence in your soybean and/or cotton field prior to or during the Eligibility Period;
  3. Upload documentation (e.g., a yield ticket) verifying the total yield in your soybean and/or cotton crop to which the product was applied;
  4. Provide a written statement describing the circumstances of your use and the results you achieved using Trunemco seed treatment; and
  5. Provide answers to all other questions on the form relating to your use of Trunemco.

Each participant may submit one (1) entry with respect to soybean crops and one (1) entry for cotton crops, if appropriate, for a maximum of two (2) total entries. Entries relating to soybean crops (the “Soybean Entry Pool”) and cotton crops (the “Cotton Entry Pool”) will be separated for the purposes of the prize drawing discussed below.  All statements made on the entry Form will be subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may not enter more times by using multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. 

Entries will not be deemed valid for the Challenge unless they (a) meet the requirements set forth above; (b) do not contain obscene, offensive or objectionable imagery or language, or communicate messages inconsistent with the positive images to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and (c) do not infringe, misappropriate or violate the rights of any third party. Entries that do not include any required disclosures or that are not received by Sponsor for any reason will not be eligible and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, false, corrupted, illegible or late entries. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion to determine the validity of an Entry.

All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.  Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of a participant, the Entry will be declared to have been made by the registered account holder of the email address used for Entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may be disqualified, and any potential prize won will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

WINNER SELECTION: Following the conclusion of the Challenge Period, or about December 16, 2022, two (2) potential winners, one (1) from the Soybean Entry Pool and one (1) from the Cotton Entry Pool, will be selected at random by Sponsor from among all eligible entries in each respective Entry Pool to receive the Grand Prizes described below. The odds of winning the prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Challenge Period with respect to each Entry Pool. The potential winners will be notified via email on or approximately on December 16, 2022. Prior to being confirmed as an official Winner, potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) calendar days of prize notification. Potential winner may also be asked to provide additional information or documentation supporting an Entry.  Refusal to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize. If potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any potential winner fails to return his/her winner documents within the time set forth above or otherwise rejects his/her prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Challenge Official Rules, such eligible winner may forfeit such prize and an alternate eligible winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Potential winner must continue to comply with these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

PRIZES: Grand Prize: Two (2) Winners, one (1) from the Soybean Entry Pool and one (1) from the Cotton Entry Pool, will each receive $20,000. Additionally, Sponsor will award $10,000 to one (1) supplier entity who sold or supplied the Trunemco product to each Winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and subject to the supplier’s agreement to accept the prize. Total Prize ARV: $60,000.00. Prizes are not negotiable with the Winner. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor who may award a prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. If a prize is not claimed within the designated time period, an alternate potential winner will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees, including income or local personal property taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees arising out of the receipt and use of the prizes. Any difference between the stated estimated value of a prize and its actual value will not be awarded.

SPONSOR’S RIGHTS. Except where prohibited by law, participation in Challenge constitutes Entrant’s grant to Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and their agents and designees, the irrevocable and perpetual nonexclusive right to use, publicly display, print, publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and provide access to Winner’s entry submission, name, address (city and state/province/territory), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, opinions, biographical information, statements made by Entrant, and/or any other identifying information of Entrant or provided by Entrant regarding the Challenge or the prize(s) for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation, in any media, worldwide, without notice or additional compensation or consent.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. By participating in this Challenge, each Entrant represents that there is no legal or contractual restriction barring participation, including, without limitation, any restriction from participant’s employer or company. Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Challenge, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Challenge-related activity and for any claims based on copyright, trademark, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to submit the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry or other proof of identity. The Released Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost, interrupted or unavailable network connections, Website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Challenge. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Challenge should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Challenge. In such case, winner(s) will be selected from all eligible participants prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Challenge in any way shall be disqualified. Released Entities are not responsible for any typographical, display, input, or other error in any Challenge materials, or for any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Challenge, the processing of entries, or in the announcement of prizes, including such error that may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won.

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Challenge and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Illinois, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Challenge and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Chicago, Illinois.


PRIVACY:  Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which can be found at nufarm.com/US. By entering this Challenge, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Policy.
