Benefits
- EARLY SEASON CONTROL helps eliminate broadleaf weed pressure in pulses,
wheat and soybeans during critical growth periods - EXTENDED SOIL ACTIVITY or residual control of flushing weeds
- RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT TOOL that helps manage weeds on the Astir® product
label that are Group 2-, 4- and glyphosate-resistant - FLEXIBLE RATE to fit your soil type and crop program
- FAST ABILITY TO SEED with pre-seed or pre-emergence application timings
- Apply in fall or spring (check product label for specific crop registrations)
- No hassle application that doesn’t include the handling and incorporation of bulky granular herbicide products
- Extended early season control for extra in-crop herbicide flexibility that helps to improve the efficacy of in-crop herbicide applications by targeting fewer, smaller weeds
- Yield potential is increased through early elimination of weed competition
Performance tips
- Emerged weeds – use with a burndown herbicide partner like glyphosate and BlackHawk EVO or GoldWing
- Flushing weeds – residual activity for newly emerging weeds
- Application flexibility – Astir alone can be used up to 3 days post-seeding
- DO NOT incorporate after application or prior to seeding
