Nufarm is pleased to share an important leadership transition within our Supply Chain function.

After a long and successful career, Dave Allen has advised that he plans to retire from Nufarm at the end of December 2026. Effective 30 September 2026, Dave will step down from his role as Group Executive, Supply Chain Operations and will focus on supporting the transition of the Wyke operations to PX and ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities before his retirement.

Dave joined Nufarm as Group Executive, Supply Chain in 2022 and has provided leadership during a period of transformation for the business. Throughout his career with Nufarm, including his earlier leadership roles within our European operations, Dave has been instrumental in strengthening our supply chain capability, improving operational performance and helping position the function to support our strategic priorities. His deep industry experience, practical leadership approach and commitment to our people have made a lasting impact across the organisation.

Nufarm is also delighted to announce that Chris Larson will join Nufarm on 1 October 2026 as Group Executive, Supply Chain Operations. Chris brings more than 30 years of global supply chain, manufacturing and operations leadership experience across the agriculture, chemical, consumer products and resources sectors.

Chris has held senior executive leadership roles with organisations including Lithium Americas, Anuvia Plant Nutrients, Arysta LifeScience, UPL, L'Oréal and Dow Chemical. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale global manufacturing and supply chain organisations, driven significant cost and productivity improvements, enhanced safety and quality performance, and delivered complex operational transformation programs. His experience spans more than 130 countries and includes responsibility for extensive global manufacturing networks, strategic sourcing, operational excellence and large-scale capital projects.

What particularly stood out during the recruitment process was Chris's combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise and people leadership. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening organisational capability and aligning supply chain performance with broader business objectives.

Chris and his wife Diane live in Cary, North Carolina and enjoy watching their daughter, Erika, play volleyball.  Erika will be starting her freshmen year of college at William and Mary this fall as a setter for the team.

Chris is a lifelong sports enthusiast who enjoys both playing and watching sports, with particular interest in baseball and football and supporting his Chicago and college teams.  He also loves to hear about the competition in cricket between countries and debating the nuances and similarities between cricket and baseball.

Over the coming months, Dave and Chris will work closely together to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities and continued momentum against our strategic priorities. We are confident that Chris's experience and leadership will help us continue to strengthen our global supply chain capability and support Nufarm's next stage of growth.
