Nufarm today announced the resignation of Toshikazu Takasaki as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Nufarm Board, effective 31 May 2022.

Mr Takasaki joined the Nufarm Board on 6 December 2012 representing the interests of Sumitomo Chemical Company, Limited.

Nufarm Chairman, John Gillam, said, "Takasaki-san has been a valued member of the Nufarm Board for nearly 10 years. My fellow Directors and I thank Takasaki-san for his unwavering dedication and contribution to the Nufarm Board over that time."
