Anuew™ is a proven plant growth regulator for sports field turfgrass, saving sports field managers and superintendents time with less mowing and fewer clippings while improving overall density, color and quality. Labeled for cool and warm season turf management, Anuew is a late-stage inhibitor that can be used on all managed areas to improve plant health and suppress seedheads, improving turfgrass management and decreasing labor.

ANUEW IN Cool Season TURFGRASS

REASON #1 – EXTENDED CONTROL

Gain an average of two extra regulation days for consistent suppression and fewer clippings, from day one to day 14.

Anuew™ delivers longer growth regulation (300 GDD) than Primo Maxx® (200 GDD) on creeping bentgrass greens.

REASON #2 – FEWER CLIPPINGS

Even at lower use rates, Anuew delivers longer control in cool-season turf – saving labor and dollars with less applications, less mowing and less clippings.

Anuew™ reduces turf growth and mowing frequency resulting in fewer clippings and reduced clipping dry weight.

REASON #3 – GREENER GRASS

Unlike early-stage inhibitors, Anuew shifts carbohydrates to the plant roots to visibly improve turfgrass quality, density and appearance.

ANUEW IN WARM Season TURFGRASS

REASON #4 – FASTER SUPPRESSION

Anuew works differently than Primo Maxx® and many superintendents in the south are turning to a mix of Anuew and Primo. Reasons include faster suppression, forgiving collar regulation, and improved appearance.

In Bermudagrass trials at NCSU, TN and GSSU, peak suppression occurred at approximately 95 GDD for Anuew™ compared with Primo Maxx® at approximately 170.

REASON #5 – LESS BRONZING

Anuew enters the plant quicker and its softer chemistry results in greener color.

REASON #6 – ELIMINATE COLLAR DECLINE

Anuew works with equal intensity, but shorter duration. The Anuew + Primo combo balances suppression and rebound to virtually eliminate the risk of over-regulation.

REASON #7 – MASK BERMUDA MUTATIONS

Anuew camouflages mutations resulting in better, more uniform field appearance.

REASON #8 – POA SEEDHEAD SUPPRESSION

Add flexibility by combining Proxy® and Anuew™. Anuew can widen the application window for a seedhead suppression application and relieve the pressure of a perfectly timed Proxy application.

REASON #9 – FAST RYE TRANSITION

Anuew is foliar absorbed so it will not delay overseeded ryegrass establishment. The result; less clippings and better appearance compared to Primo Maxx® regulated rye.
